Product Questions

Where are Midnight Wellness products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in the USA, in our CGMP registered NSF International facility! We adhere strictly to FDA guidelines, and we test our products on the Midnight Wellness team, not animals.

How long do Midnight Wellness products last? Do they expire?

All Midnight supplements and vitamins are shelf-stable (aka no refrigeration required) and will last 2 years unopenedto their expiration date.

Once opened, we recommend use within 2 months to preserve your product. We recommend storing your products in a clean and dry space, away from places that experience humidity, excess heat, or moisture.

Are your products just for women, men or all?

Although we market our products for women ouyr products are 100% safe to consume for men as well. Our formulas are made for all!

Where can I find the full list of ingredients?

All of the ingredients can be found on the product page. If you scroll under the product description and click ‘ingredients’, you will find the full ingredient list. 

You can also find all the ingredients on the bottle.

Are your products keto friendly?

Most of our supplements are compatible with a ketogenic diet. Glow Up Gummies contain sugar and may not be best for a ketogenic diet.

Are your products approved by the FDA?

The FDA does not approve dietary supplements, but rather regulates them as food products. The responsibility for safety and quality lies with the manufacturer. 

Midnight Wellness dietary supplements are manufactured in the highest quality manner, tested for identity and purity by independent labs, and structure-function claims are supported by clinical research. 

How do I take the supplements? Is it with or without food?

On each bottle you can find instructions on how to take and when to take your supplement. 

Can I take more than one supplement together or do I need to space them all out?

Each of our products are designed to be the building blocks to your complete routine. They are formulated to all work together to boost results and reach your goals!

When taking your supplements, find an easy, consistent routine that works with your schedule. If it’s easier to take your supplements with breakfast, then that would be the best way to take them. It is best to get into a routine of taking them daily with your schedule.

What products can I pair together?

Midnight Wellness formulas are designed to work best together in a routine. We find that people start with 3 products.

The only routines we do not recommend taking together are:

Magic Pill, Girl Get Snatched and Fat Burner Ultra (combined these will exceed the daily amount of caffeine and thermogenics). You can take them throughout the day but not all at once

Can I take these supplements while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We highly recommend speaking with your doctor before taking supplements while pregnant or nursing. While we have clients who take our products while nursing, we recommend speaking to a licensed prodfessional first.

I am on another medication; can I take your products?

We recommend checking with your healthcare professional before starting any new supplement routine in combination with any medication.

What are the side effects for the coffee, magic pill & carb attackers?

These supplements can cause minor side effects if not taken properly but the following may occur:

Increased energy or jitteriness due to caffeine intake, nausea, headache & dry mouth

If nausea or headache be sure to take the supplements with a meal .

To help with dry mouth make sure you drink 8 cups or more of water a day.

Does the slimming coffee or slimming tea make you have a lot of bowel movements?

Increased bowel movements can occur during the first few days of consuming the slimming coffee or tea. This means it is working to cleanse your body of extra weight and toxins it is holding.

Will I lose weight or slim down after consuming the Midnight Slimming products?

We understand that losing weight isn't easy for anyone. Midnight products are a great addition to any health regime since it is designed to maximise your results, however every individual is different and thus, results may differ from person to person.

While many people may see results in 1-2 months, everyone is different and a timeframe for results cannot be promised.

Midnight products should be used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet as well as a regular exercise program for optimum results to discover the ultimate you!

Will I regain my weight if I stop consuming the products?

Our products are meant to help you kickstart a healthier lifestyle and give you the boost you need on your weight loss journey. If you maintain a healthier lifestyle, you shouldn't be regaining your weight!

Which payment methods are accepted?

For purchases, we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, GPay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later with Sezzle!

How does Buy Now, Pay Later with Sezzle work?

Sezzle will set up 4 interest-free payments eover 6 weeks until your balance is covered.Please note: Sezzle is only available for one-time orders over $35 (before shipping and taxes).

What can I use my discount code on?

Discount codes can be applied to one-time orders in checkout - just add the discount on the first page of checkout (after the cart page). You can apply one code per order!

Please note: only one discount code or rewards redemption is applicable per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or codes.

 
*Exclusions apply: Sale items are not eligible for discounts. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer. For Buy One, Get One offers, the discount is limited to 5 free products per customer.

Why Won't My Discount Work?

Discount codes may be applied to one-time orders. If you’re having trouble, here are a few things to consider:

-You can only use one discount code per order

-Sale products & special priced products are not eligible for further discounts

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Our products are not eligible for HSA or FSA funds. We're sorry about that! Additionally, we're unable to provide itemized receipts beyond your order confirmation. We recommend checking with your HSA/FSA provider for more information regarding eligible HSA/FSA products.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to? Do you ship internationally?

We ship throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada!

 
Please note: We do not ship internationally outside of Canada, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders deliver within 7-10 business days or so.

Orders placed before 11am EST Monday-Friday will be processed and packed to ship the same day, barring any holidays. Orders placed after 11am EST will be packed and shipped the following day.

Orders placed after 11am EST on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will ship on Monday.

In a continued effort to ensure the safety and wellness of our Fulfillment Teams, order processing time may take longer as additional safety protocols have been implemented.

After your order ships out, delivery time can vary based on your shipping method:

GROUND SHIPPING: Delivery in 7-10 business days, via multiple carriers and last leg delivery via USPS.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Delivery in approximately 3-4 business days after your order ships out, via UPS. The delivery date cannot be guaranteed with expedited shipping but will be faster than ground shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Delivery in 10-15 business days, via multiple networks and carriers. Duties are covered by Love Wellness!

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships out, we'll email you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery. Our couriers will provide an estimated delivery date based on transit. If you don't see shipping information after 5 business days from your order date, please double check your spam or trash folder in case our email got lost in the mix.

 

🚨 Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process before shipping out. We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on the weekends or on holidays.

My order was delivered, but I don't have it or can't find it.

This is the most common delivery issue! We find that most of the time, your order was delivered to a front office or parcel locker, accidentally delivered to a neighbor, or left in a mailroom/package room.

Please double-check those places and with anyone else at your address first, and if you still have trouble, please contact us here   so we can help out.

Please note: if there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 7 days of the noted delivery date or of the date the issue occurred if your order did not arrive.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

-Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.

-Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues.

-Midnight Wellness cannot guarantee a delivery date.

 

Midnight Wellness is not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number, incorrect street number, city, state, or zip code). In the event you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us here and let us know your correct address, ASAP!

Orders & Returns

How can I change or edit my shipping address?

We have a very small window to make order edits! Please contact us here with your order number and your correct shipping address, so we can make changes as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 11am EST Monday-Friday will be processed and packed to ship the same day, barring any holidays. Orders placed after 11am EST will be packed and shipped the following day.

Orders placed after 11am EST on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will ship on Monday.

We will make our best efforts to accommodate your request, though we ask that you double-check your address prior to placing your order, as we cannot guarantee a change in address once your order is processing.

How can I cancel or change my order?

We're unable to edit the items in an order or cancel an order once it has processed. However, pleasecontact us here while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will work to best help in accommodating your request!

My order arrived, but it wasn't correct. What can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive looking quite right! If you received the wrong items or if there was an issue with delivery, please let us know within 30 days of your order date, and we'll work to correct the problem! You can contact us here!

What is the return policy?

Supplements

Unopened and unused products may be returned in the US within 30 days of the order’s delivery date for a refund. In the event of a return, refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method; shipping fees are non-refundable.
 

Return Terms and Conditions

-Products that have been opened are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit

-Orders outside of the 30-day return window are ineligible for a return, exchange, or store credit

-Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not refunded in the event of a return

-Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. In the event we're unable to refund back to the original form of payment due to a cancelled/expired credit card or closed bank account, store credit will be issued via Rewards Points that can be applied as discounts on future orders.

-For orders of 20 items or more, only 50% of the order may be returned if the items are unopened and unused with their original seals intact within 30 days of the order’s delivery date

-Orders purchased with Buy One Get One offer (BOGO) must be returned in full for a full refund. Returning part of a BOGO order will result in a partial refund, if eligible

-Digital Guides are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased

What if I try a product and don't like it?

If a product was opened and used but wasn’t the best fit for you, please reach out to our team within 30 days of your delivery date to discuss the next best steps. We will do our best to work with you and help out!
